On January 14, M.V. UNDINE HIGHWAY, a cutting-edge LNG fueled car carrier specialized vessel, cheater by “K” LINE was completed at Marugame Headquarters of Imabari Shipbuilding Co., Ltd..

This vessel operates using clean, environmentally friendly liquefied natural gas (LNG) as fuel and is equipped with a highly efficient high-pressure dual-fuel engine. It is a cutting-edge vessel designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in international shipping and contribute to a sustainable future.

 

And the vessel was constructed using the shipbuilding loan program of The Nippon Foundation which works to address social issues both domestically and internationally.
